Gradient Connect Ai started with passion for the goal of success. The Owners (Matthew Yeazel operation manager & James Persky product floor manager) originally started a Solar Marketing call center in Temecula California back in 2021. During this time they struggled to find the best suitable option to make phone calls for their call center marketing campaigns. In the search for the perfect dialer they continued to struggle and bounce from software to software until they finally found something that was suitable for their needs but very expensive. While creating success in the United States with their Call Center they decided to move to the Philippines and expand their efforts in their solar campaign. This was considered a full restart and like many restarts there is plenty of room for adjustments. During this time they had explored other options for dialers once again and just like before they kept running into brick walls and shady custom dialer providers. At this point Matthew threw his hands in the air in frustration and said “LET’S BUILD OUR OWN!”. Working 14 hour days, studying and researching every topic there is in the communications industry there was finally hope. A grueling month and a half of hiring coders and teaming up with Ai technology experts we have finally built the best system we have ever seen.
